OUR GOAL.
Our Goal is to INFORM AND EDUCATE our Customers during the inspection about the home they are considering purchasing. TOGETHER we inspect the house from the roof to the basement and all around the outside. We will give you an on-site written Inspection Report at the end of the Inspection identifying the deficiencies observed deemed major and those deemed minor. We will point out areas of the home that for various reasons could not be inspected. ( Normally those areas that are not assessable.)
WHAT WE DO.
We look at all visible areas of your future home and determine if they are in GOOD WORKING CONDITION or NEARING THE END OF THEIR USEFUL LIFE.
We look for MAJOR DEFECTS needing immediate repairs or possible SUSPECT DEFECTS needing close monitoring to prevent possible problems in the future.
We point out MINOR IMPERFECTIONS that are normally addressed in our recommended Maintenance suggestions, Included in our Home Inspection Report.
We look for any potential Safety Hazards and possible ENVIRONMENTAL suspect areas and problems including mold.
RELAX AND HAVE PEACE OF MIND.
RELAX, Most defects or problems can be corrected inexpensively. No Home is Perfect! Those problems deemed major should be investigated further by a licensed expert in the problem area. Don't kill the deal over things that do not matter and are easily corrected BUT do discuss any Major Defects and get the cost to repair. Get All the Facts!
At the end of the inspection you must tell us, that you feel well informed and educated about the property being inspected and that you feel confident in making your decision about your new home or we will Together further inspect and discuss any areas of the home, you have questions about. We cannot guarantee we can answer every question you have pertaining to the home but we can certainly try to find out the answer's for you.
