What is included is an Environmental Inspection? |

Our team of Certified IAQ Inspectors using high
tech instruments, will assess the exterior and
interior of the building room by room. |

Our initial walk thru and diagram of the building,
along with our questionnaire will give us
an overall understanding of the building and
some of its existing problems.

Air samples will be taken to determine if
there is a problem with Asbestos, Mold, Dust,
Volatile Organic Chemicals (VOC's), Allergens,
Carbon Monoxide, Gas Leaks and Carbon Dioxide
in the air.

Air Velocity and Air Pressure readings will
be taken in every room.

Relative Humidity and Temperature readings
will be taken in every room.
-
Light exposure and sound level readings will
be taken in every room.

Lead paint tests will be done in buildings
built before 1978.

Radon measurement testing in multiple areas
of the building.

Metal oil tank and chemical tank thickness
tests will be performed.

Termite and Rodent inspections.

Test EMF / microwave emission levels.

HVAC assessment.

Building Energy Evaluation will show were
costly energy is being lost.

Locations of any potential Hazardous electrical
problems.

Locations of any water leak problems (roof,
walls, floors, etc.).

Employee sensitivity exposure level questionnaire.
