| WELL
FLOW RATE AND WATER PRESSURE TESTING |
| We
will test the flow rate of water from your well in gallons per minute
(GPM) and test your water pressure (PSI). |

| TERMITE
INSPECTION AND REPORT |
| We
are Credentialed Maryland Termite Inspectors License No. 28299. Most
Real Estate Transactions require a Termite report at settlement. We
inspect the house and adjacent buildings and garages far any evidence
of termite activity and we also document high risk termite entry areas
and areas that may be conducive to Termite Infestation. We provide
ON-SITE Reports. |

| NEW
HOME INSPECTIONS |
| We
offer pre-drywall inspections and final walk through inspections.
Our final walk through inspections should take place approximately
2 to 3 hours before the builders formal walk through. This report
will serve as a punch list for the builder. We ask that the customer
be present during the final inspection. We also offer a follow-up
inspection at 11 months, which will be a good report to give to the
builder for his final punch list. |

| We
check for normal working operation, visible leaks, temperature, deterioration
and perform water tests necessary. |

AND BULKHEAD INSPECTIONS |
| We
check for deterioration, rot, cracks, stability, and overall structure
of Pier and Bulkhead. We use an Infrared Camera to check below the
water line. |

PAINT TESTING AND LEAD IN WATER TESTING |
| We
are Certified Lead Paint Inspectors and Samplers for the Maryland
Department of the environment for Rental Properties and Residential
Homes. We also can test your drinking water for lead. |

FLOW / AIR MOVEMENT TESTING |
| We
check the amount of air flow coming from your duct or air vents in
each room. This can help determine the hot or cold spots in a home
and help in the determination of adjusting vents and controlling air
flow for the best use of your HVAC units. |

MONOXIDE TESTING |
| We
use carbon monoxide testers to check for any leaks. |

GAS LEAK TESTING |

use Gas Leak Testing Instruments to check for gas leaks around appliances,

gas products are used. |
