POOLS, SPAS & HOT TUB Inspections
We check for normal working operation, visible leaks, temperature, and any deterioration.
PIER AND BULKHEAD INSPECTIONS
We check for deterioration, rot, cracks, stability, and overall structure of Pier and Bulkhead.
GAS LEAK TESTING
We use Gas Leak Testing Instruments to check for gas leaks around appliances, hot water heaters, furnaces, fireplaces, gas logs and any other places gas products are used.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
We check for Environmental problems in commercial offices such as Mold and Mildew in air and Radon in air.
NEW HOME INSPECTIONS
We offer final walk through inspections. Our final walk through inspections should take place approximately 2 to 3 hours before the builders formal walk through. This report will serve as a punch list for the builder. We ask that the customer be present during the final inspection. We also offer a follow-up inspection at 11 months, which will be a good report to give to the builder for his final punch list.
TERMITE INSPECTION AND REPORT
We are Credentialed Maryland Termite Inspectors License No. 28299. Most Real Estate Transactions require a Termite report at settlement. We inspect the house and adjacent buildings and garages far any evidence of termite activity and we also document high risk termite entry areas and areas that may be conducive to Termite Infestation. We provide ON-SITE Reports.
